Minimum effort, smooth instant response

Integral lock valve
An Integral lock valve is built into the helm. It keeps the rudder and propeller torques from turning the steering wheel while isolating each helm in a multi-station installation. When you turn one wheel, the other wheels don't turn.

Built in reservoir
Each UNIKAS manual hydraulic helm has a built-in reservoir. This eliminates the need for separated reservoirs and no need for the inconvenient pressurized accumulator tanks to install, fill, bleed or worry about.
